Working Principle

The high-speed vibrating screen adopts a self balancing vibrator as the vibrating mechanism, and the screen body is supported on the compression spring. The motion of the screen body depends on a series of dynamic factors, such as the mass of the bias block, the mass of the screen body and the stiffness of the projectile. Through the force analysis of the screen body system, the calculation formulas of the rotating force of the eccentric weight block, the inertia force of the screen body and the elastic restoring force of the supporting spring are established. According to the D'Alembert principle, the motion equation of the screen body is finally obtained as the standard circle equation. It shows that the screen body moves in a circle in the plane of gravity.
