Description
TQSF series suction type gravity destoner machine is mainly used for grading and stone removing of wheat, paddy rice, peanut, corn, soybean, etc. it can also be used for seed selection. The machine has the characteristics of good performance of grading to remove sand stone and mud, low energy consumption, no dust, low noise, easy operation and maintenance. It is recommended that the machine be equipped with independent air aspiration system.
Feature
1. It is suitable for grain processing plants with stone content.
2. Simple operation and compact structure.
3. According to different materials, the inclination angle of the stone removing board is adjusted in the range of 10-14 degrees to pursue good process effect.
4. External fan, the whole machine is sealed, no dust outside, to meet the requirements of ideal environmental protection. Reciprocating swing structure, rubber bearings are used at the hinge joint, with low vibration and noise.
5. The transmission adopts self-aligning bearing and anti loosing device to make the mechanical performance more stable.
